Shipping And Handling Shipping of small items will be made by national carrier services, and require signature on delivery. Large and heavy items will be made by specialist carriers, and may require prior arrangement with the customer due to any special handling required. Delivery commencement is subject to availability of stock. Delivery charges assume strainghtforward access. For bulky or heavy items (e.g furniture) the access is assumed to be straight forward, level, and at ground floor. We reserve the right to raise additional charge for deliveries that do not meet these conditions, or for large/bulky items which incur large delivery charges. You will be notified of these charges when you place the order/before we deliver and can cancel the order if not acceptable to you. Delivery is currently only available to mainland England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. Highlands and Island are not currently serviced. Any orders placed for locations outside our usual delivery area may be cancelled, or supplied subject to agreeing revised delivery charges with you prior to accepting your order. Delivery Schedule All shipments will be made with the minimum of delay. Items held in stock will normally be despatched on the same day providing the order is received before 3.30pm. Working days are Monday to Friday, and exclude Public Bank Holidays in England. Items made to order or that are not in stock at the time of order will be despatched on the same day that they become available. Next Day Delivery will normally be made within 24 hours subject to stock availability. Standard Delivery service aims to deliver within 48 hours, but may take 3 - 5 days depending on carrier and subject to stock availability. Special orders will have timescales quoted at time of order. We make best endeavours to get your goods to you as soon as possible. Returns Policy Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Any faulty goods recieved should be notified in writing to us, as soon as possible and within 1 working day (24 hours) of delivery. If a return is agreed, the return must be made by a method of return or collection agreed in advance with us.
